John Paul College is located in Logan, which lies just to the south of Queensland's capital city, Brisbane.

The College is conveniently located off the Pacific Motorway at Daisy Hill (Exit 23, Chatswood Rd), a 20-minute drive from Brisbane's Central Business District and 40 minutes from the beaches of the Gold Coast. A network of bus services provides transport to the College from suburbs in Logan and Brisbane.

DIPLOMA PROGRAMME

Students are able to choose the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme as an alternate study option for their senior years. A challenging two year curriculum leading to a qualification recognised by the world’s leading universities, the Diploma has a reputation for rigorous assessment and comprehensive curriculum. Students aiming to further their study at university and who are interested in studying an internationally-recognised and highly regarded curriculum that fosters cultural awareness would benefit from the IB Diploma.

What is the IB?

The International Baccalaureate (IB) aims to develop inquiring, and more peaceful world through intercultural understanding and respect. The IB offers high quality programmes of international education to a worldwide community of schools.

The three IB programmes for students aged 3 to 19 help develop the intellectual, personal, emotional and social skills to live, learn and work in a rapidly globalizing world. There are approximately one million IB students at over three thousand schools in more than 140 countries.
